Composition

Each tablet of 104mg contains Ferrum phosphoricum 3x 25mg, Kalium phosphoricum 3x 25mg, Magnesium phosphoricum 3x 25mg, and Natrium muriaticum 3x.

Indications

Headaches due to congestion and a rush of blood to the head, neuralgia. Better from heat, worse from cold. Nervousness as a consequence of worries, sleeplessness or a low functioning liver. Worse in the evening or in a warm room, better in the open air.

HEADACHE

It is a common symptom of many disorders frequently complained but in most of the cases it is transient, temporary and of trivial importance. In number of cases it is associated with serious organic disease and such cases need to be differentially understood.

1. Headache is often complained in tension and anxiety states, nervousness, sleeplessness, liver complaints, and indigestion. “Bioplasgen No. 12” is very effective in such cases.

2. It also occurs as a result of toxaemia in acute infection especially typhoid fever and influenza where this drug has to be given along with the medicine for the cause.

3. Headache is also caused due to anaemia, alcoholism (hangovers), hypertension, eyestrain, nasal catarrh or sinusitis. “Bioplasgen No. 12” is also effective in such cases.

4. Headache due to local lesions in brain, cerebral problems including tumour, abscess or meningitis will need specialised medical care. “Bioplasgen No. 12” is helpful as associated medicine.

Proven indications of the ingredients within the claimed sphere of action:

Ferrum phosphoricum

It is indicated for congestive headache in inflammatory and febrile conditions and, in anaemic headache. It covers headache due to sun heat, throbbing pains or vertigo. Headache is better on cold application.

Kalium phosphoricum

It is indicated for headache due to anxiety, stress, tension, worry, sleeplessness, excessive mental and physical exertion, It specially suited for occipital headache better, after rising, cerebral anaemia, vertigo and headache with weary empty gone feeling at stomach.

Magnesium phosphoricum

It is indicated for neuralgic and spasmodic pains where relief is felt by warmth. Headache with vertigo better walking open air with sensation as if liquid is filled and brain is changing position.

Natrium muriaticum

It is indicated for throbbing blinding headache as if many hammers were knocking on the brain worse in the morning, after menses. It is also indicated for anaemic headache of school children, nervous, discouraged and broken down. Useful in semilateral congestive sunrise to sunset headache in anaemic with complaints of nausea, vomiting, eye strain and frontal sinus inflammations.

Contra-indication

None. It can be used along with other medicines and measures. It is safe, non-toxic, and non-addictive drug with no reported side effect.

Presentation

Tablets of 104 mg in a bottle of 20g       

Dosage

Adults 4 tablets, children 2 tablets, at a time, four times a day at intervals of three hours. In acute conditions, 5 tablets every 15-minute with a little warm water. Take the tablets half an hour before or after meals, and preferably allow them to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
